The forerunners of the Irish Whiskey renaissance Dingle have been the first the new wave of distilleries to release their own whiskey. Dingle use unique production methods and an elaborate cask maturation policy to push the boundaries for Irish Whiskey. Join Head Distiller Michael Walsh as he showcases two Pot Still and two Single Malt samples drawn straight from their warehouse in Dingle and tasted for the first time at Whiskey Live Dublin, the four samples will be from four different cask types not only showcasing the different distillates but the impact of various cask maturations on the spirit. Michael will close the Masterclass with a tasting of Dingles latest Pot Still release.
